At Love Silk London we will strive to ensure you are happy with your purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you notify us by email
lovesilklondon@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of goods.

When returning a product to us all postage costs are the responsibility of the
purchaser. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused with tags
attached. We recommend that you use a tracking service to ensure the goods are
received by us. Once received a full refund, excluding delivery costs, will be
processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

If you feel that a product which you have received is faulty and does not meet your
expectations, please email us at lovesilklondon@gmail.com upon receipt. Once
again, we recommend you use a tracking service when returning items to us. At
Love Silk London we take pride in the quality of our products and all items are
inspected carefully before despatch. In the event that a product is found to be faulty
we shall issue a full refund including delivery and return costs

During the Christmas period, all purchases made after 1 st December will have an
extended returns policy until 14 th January.

Our returns policy is not affected by your statutory rights.
